Halloween is one of my most favourite times of year! I love everything to do with it, from creepy costumes, disgustingly sugary sweets and to the mad parties with the spooky décor. Halloween is something I really love to go all out on.
This year I was invited to my friends fancy dress party which lots of good fun.
I really wanted to have a really cool, original costume this year but I didn't really want to spend lots during this time so I opted for your basic witch, although I did put my own spin on it.
My costume sort of reminded me of what the witches in American Horror Story wear.
My costume pretty much consisted of items I already had in my wardrobe...
- A polka dot shirt I got from Select last year for my sixth form open day.
- A black pleated skirt my sister gave me that she no longer wanted.
- My aunties black trench coat from George at Asda that I borrowed for a smart day that I forgot to give back.
- Black long socks I brought for a cheerleading competition in Nottingham 5 years ago.
- A cheap witches hat from Home Bargains.
The only items I brought new was my necklaces and my shoes which were both purchases from H&M.
